Our story

Here at the Compass Rose Cafe our goal is to educate the future chefs of Middle Georgia, by providing a unique dining experience for our guests. The students, under the watch of Executive Chef Stuart Hardy & Chef Mark Robinson, create and prepare a limited Four Course meal every Friday while school is in session. Each week a new menu is prepared to provide patrons with a variety of fine cuisines while educating students on new culinary techniques.
