Our Story Continued 

Each week a new menu is prepared to provide patrons with a variety of fine cuisines while educating students on new culinary techniques. We only use fresh food, and strive to procure it from local vendors whenever possible. Our goal is to introduce the people of Middle Georgia to uniquely decadent flavors, creatively plated dishes, and professionally trained students. We welcome you to our restaurant, and wish you a hearty appetite.
